If you are having issues creating an account or logging in, please make sure you have the latest version of HER from the Playstore or the App Store. You can access those here:

If you are still unable to login or create an account and you DO meet the authentication criteria please send the following information to support@weareher.com

 

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Email address your Facebook account is registered to OR Instagram ID (depending on the sign in method selected)

  • Date of Birth
  • Device you are using (make and model)
  • Version of the app you are using (you can get this by looking in the appstore and making sure you have the latest version and let us know the version number from there)
  • Screenshot of what you are seeing and screenshot of any alert box that is displaying

We can not review your issue unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so we can accurately locate your account.
