If you have seen a duplicate of your profile on the app, it is most likely that you have created a second account by accident. This means you may have selected to Sign In via Instagram, Phone Number Login or Facebook, when you typically use an alternate login method.

To remove the duplicate, log in using the sign In method you do not typically use and then select: 

Apple: My Profile > Settings > Support > Close Account 

Android: "..." in the top, right hand corner > Support > Close Account

If you are still seeing a duplicate of your profile after completing the steps above, please share the profile in an email to support@weareher.com so we can remove for you. To share the profile expand the profile using the "^" arrow > scroll to the bottom of the profile > Tap on "Share Profile"
