Please make sure you have selected ‘Save’ in the top right hand corner of settings once you have made a change.
If you are still having issues with saving Account Settings please contact email@example.com with the following information:
- Email address
- Email address your Facebook account is
registered to OR Instagram ID (depending on the sign in method selected)
- Date of Birth
- Device you are using (make and model)
- Version of the app you are using (you can get
this by looking in the appstore and making sure you have the latest version and
let us know the version number from there)
- Screenshot of what you are seeing and
screenshot of any alert box that is displaying
We can not review your issue unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so we can accurately locate your account.
