Refund requests can only be handled within one month of a transaction date.

To request a refund from the Apple App Store you must contact Apple directly as all refund requests are handled by Apple, not HER.

If you wish to request a refund please:
Go to iTunes
Select your Apple ID (your email for your Apple ID)
Select Purchase History
Find the HER transaction
Select Report Problem
