Refund requests can only be handled within one month of a transaction date.
To request a refund from the Apple App Store you must contact Apple directly as all refund requests are handled by Apple, not HER.
If you wish to request a refund please:
- Go to iTunes
- Select your Apple ID (your email for your Apple ID)
- Select Purchase History
- Find the HER transaction
- Select Report Problem
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with
- Your order number (found in the order confirmation email or in your Google Wallet)
- The email address your account is registered to
- Reson for refund request
