Refund requests can only be handled within one month of a transaction date. 


To request a refund from the Apple App Store you must contact Apple directly as all refund requests are handled by Apple, not HER. 

If you wish to request a refund please:

  • Go to iTunes
  • Select your Apple ID (your email for your Apple ID)
  • Select Purchase History
  • Find the HER transaction 
  • Select Report Problem

To request a refund from the Playstore please: 
  • Send an email to premium@weareher.com with
    • Your order number (found in the order confirmation email or in your Google Wallet)
    • The email address your account is registered to 
    • Reson for refund request
