If the app is crashing please check:


1. You have the latest version of HER from:


Apple App Store  // Google PlayStore


2. Have tried logging out and logging into the app 


3. Have checked that you have full connection to the internet 


If the above are all up to date and working and you are still seeing a crash please email support@weareher.com with: 


  • Name
  • Email address
  • Email address your Facebook account is registered to OR Instagram ID (depending on the sign in method selected)
  • Date of Birth
  • Steps that occurred leading up to the app crashing

We cannot look into your account unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so we can accurately locate your profile.
