If you have received an error message that your profile has been suspended it is most likely that you broke our Community Guidelines which you can read here or our Terms of Service which you can read here. This may have happened on your profile, on the Feed or in a message to another user. Unfortunately we are not able to reinstate accounts that have broken these guidelines or terms.


If you believe there has been an error and you have not broken these guidelines or terms of service, please send an email to support@weareher.com with the following information:

  • Email address linked to your Facebook account
  • Phone Number with country code 
  • Your Instagram username 
  • First and Last Name and/or Nickname on the app

We can not review your enquiry unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so that we can locate and verify your account.
