If you have received an error message that your profile has been suspended you may have broken our Community Guidelines, which you can read here or our Terms of Service which you can read here. This may have happened on your profile, on the Feed or in a message to another user. 

Unfortunately we are not able to reinstate accounts that have broken these guidelines or terms.


If you believe there has been an error and you have not broken these guidelines or terms of service, email us and include the option below that correlates to your log-in method:

  • The email address linked to your Facebook account
  • The email address linked to your Apple Login (this could have been created for you if you hid your email. Please check your phone settings for this email)
  • Your Instagram username 
  • Phone Number (with your country code)
  • First and Last Name and/or Name used in the app

We can not review your enquiry unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so that we can locate and verify your account.
