If you have received an error message that your profile has been suspended it is most likely that you broke our Community Guidelines which you can read here or our Terms of Service which you can read here. This may have happened on your profile, on the Feed or in a message to another user. Unfortunately, we are not able to reinstate accounts that have broken these guidelines or terms.


If you believe there has been an error and you have not broken these guidelines or terms of service, please send an email to support@weareher.com with the following information:

  • Email address linked to your Facebook account
  • Your Instagram username 
  • First and Last Name and/or Nickname on the app

Once we have this information we can locate your account and let you know next steps.
