You can reach our support team through the following steps in your HER App. Navigate to:


My Profile > Settings > Support >Contact Support 


This ensures we have your account ID when you email us and is 1 step we can cross off the list.


In the event that your account has been suspended or closed due to breaking our community guidelines and you no longer have access to your app please collect the following information associated with your account:


  • The email linked to your Facebook account
  • The email linked to your Apple Login (this could have been created for you if you hid your email. Please check your phone settings for this email)
  • Your Instagram username 
  • Phone Number (including your country code)
  • First and Last Name and/or Name used in the app


Once you have the relevant information above necessary for us to locate your account you can create your support request HERE
