The best way to reach us would be through the settings in the HER App. 

My Profile > Settings > Support >Contact Support 

This ensures we have your account ID when you email us and is 1 step we can cross off the list.

In the event your account has been suspended due to breaking community guidelines, email us and include the option below that correlates to your log-in method:

  • The email address linked to your Facebook account
  • The email address linked to your Apple Login (this could have been created for you if you hid your email. Please check your phone settings for this email)
  • Your Instagram username 
  • Phone Number (with your country code)
  • First and Last Name and/or Name used in the app
