If you received the message "Unable to Verify" this means one of the following:
1. The photo was not clear enough, and another photo would help the team to review
2. The photo does not match the photos on the profile (sometimes this happens when the user is very dressed up in all the photos, but the photo is then sent from home while relaxed)
3. More photos need to be added on the profile to then have a better comparison of the photo sent in for verification
Once you select the the "Verify My Account" option then it will take you back into the same flow. Please be sure to have good lighting, clear view of your face and as much as possible can look like the photos in your profile.
Once you submit, the team will then review again.
