To change the unit of measurement being used in your app:

Select the three dots "..." in the lower right-hand corner
Select "My Profile" to navigate to your profile page
Select the “⚙️” icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to view your Settings page
Select “Account Information”
Select “Unit of Measurement”
Switch between “Metric” and “Imperial”
Select “Save”.
