How Do I Purchase A HER Premium Subscription? (Apple)

HER Premium has amazing features to enhance your experience while using the app. 

To purchase Premium on iOS you can: 

  1. Select 'Settings' in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. “⚙”
  2. Select > 'Subscribe To HER Premium'
  3. Select > Gold or Platinum 
  4. Select > 'Continue' to proceed with your subscription purchase

How Do I Purchase A HER Premium Subscription? (Android)

HER Premium has amazing features to enhance your experience while using the app.

To purchase premium on Android you can either: 

  1. Select 'Settings' in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. “⋮”
  2. Select > 'HER Premium' at the top of your settings screen. 
  3. Select > Gold or Platinum or Free Trial if you haven't completed your trial yet. 
  4. Select > 'Continue' to proceed with your subscription purchase

I'm A Gold Subscriber Can I Upgrade To Platinum?

We get this question frequently from our Premium Gold Users who want to further their HER experience with the features exclusive to our Premium Platinum Subscription. You absolutely can! Whether you've been a Gold User for one year or one minute you can always upgrade to Platinum at any point during your subscription period. 

 

Note: When you upgrade to Platinum you will see a charge for the amount of a new Platinum subscription and you will receive a refund for the subscription difference to your App or Play Store payment method in 1-5 days. 

If I Upgrade From Gold to Platinum Will I Be Charged Twice?

If you upgrade to Platinum from Gold at any point in your premium subscription you will see a charge for the amount of a new Platinum subscription and you will receive a refund for the subscription difference to your App or Play Store payment method in 1-5 days.
