Push notifications are the key to how you know that you've got a new message, new like, or any new content or promotions that are posted inside the app. 

If you have any issues receiving push notifications, be sure to check your phone's general settings to see that you have notifications turned on for HER.

You can change your Notification Settings in the app using the following steps:

Change your Push Notification Settings on iOS

1. Select 'Settings' in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. “⚙”
2. Select > 'Push Notification Settings'
3. Select > 'Toggle Notifications on or Off'
4. Select which alerts you would like to receive from the app.
