If the app is crashing please check:

1. You have the latest version of HER from:

Apple App Store  // Google PlayStore

2. Have tried logging out and logging into the app?

3. Have checked that you have full connection to the internet? 

4. Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling the app? If the problem is still occurring, we want to hear about it!

If the above are all up to date and working and you are still seeing a crash please email support@weareher.com and include the option below that correlates to your log-in method:

  • The email address linked to your Facebook account
  • The email address linked to your Apple Login (this could have been created for you if you hid your email. Please check your phone settings for this email)
  • Your Instagram username 
  • Phone Number (with your country code)
  • First and Last Name and/or Name used in the app

We cannot look into your account unless you send us all of the above pieces of information so we can accurately locate your profile.
