Is Unmatching Free?

Our newest unmatch feature is available to all HER community regardless of Premium Subscription. 

Does Unmatching Someone Block Them?

Unmatching with another user will not block their profile but it will hide your chat log with them. 

How Do I Unmatch?

You can now unmatch with a person here in your Chats. Here’s how to do it:

1. From the chat inbox, tap on the person you want to unmatch with.

2. Next, tap the 3 dots on the top-right-hand corner.

3. Then tap "Unmatch" and confirm. You will no longer see that person in your Chats page.

Note: They will not be alerted that they were unmatched. 

Voila! Now you can focus on matches you really like.
